We had some great surf during the week and the good conditions continued into this weekend. Today saw a rising swell, good tide and pretty much no wind to speak of for most of the day. The easterly that started in the morning dropped off to virually nothing by mid-morning, and the swell that started small picked up, producing some solid sets. Early on a couple of bomb sets caught people unaware. Spots holding larger swell started working and there were solid crowds at some of the more accessible breaks but still plenty of good, uncrowded surf to be found.
