All day off-shore

Rain, wind, rain, wind, rain, all day off-shore. Friday was awaited with high expectations as conditions for much of the week had been pretty testing. The off-shore wind dropped to almost nothing by lunchtime producing clean lines and some good options between the Capes. The swell had a bit of power to it so it was all of the four to six foot size forecast. Some of the spots expected to fire early morning didn't really produce the goods as the swell direction was just a bit off, but even these improved over the course of the day. A few famous faces graced spectators with an awesome show of their skills at The Point. A good way to end the working week, and hopefully a taste of what's in store for the weekend. Our pic of the day features on our FB site, post your own fav pics to that site for your chance to win a copy of our 200 page, full colour Surfing Margaret River Cape to Cape Guide.
