After a few days of us MIA, it was great to finally get back to the coast and to be greeted by glassy 4 to 6 foot swell. What a morning. Most spots were firing although there was some bump in the swell, making for testing conditions on some of the bigger sets that came through at Mainbreak. There were a few famous surfers out and about with tow-ins at the Bombie - several TV cameras and a drone were also there to capture the action. This week has been pretty good all up, it's a shame the Pro was just a week too early. Not so good for them, but good for us still here to enjoy it!
