The WSL released the schedule for the world championship tour yesterday - save April 11 to 22 for Margaret River. The line-up looks pretty amazing with Indo added to locations - that should prove to be pretty interesting. Not a bad start to the working week...
While the swell hasn't been particularly large over the last few days we have seen some nice strong off-shores for morning sessions. Today was no exception, with a glass-off at about 10am. If you were happy to wait in the water between sets, some fun ones were around at breaks that pick up even the smallest ripple. A strong off-shore and good sized swell saw some of the big name spots fire up today. Strong off-shores kept things interesting, with those spots offering just a little bit of protection the pick of what was on offer. After a pretty long wait between drinks this spring this week looks the goods with a few choice days coming up. Let's hope decent swell and off-shore winds combine with a bit of sunshine to give us a couple of excellent days.
